PURPOSE:To carry out a proper work line following operation without losing the efficiency of automatic following by providing a display means which displays the position of an automatically set indicating point together with a work line and a means of movingly correcting said indicating point through manual input in accordance with the displayed contents. CONSTITUTION:A CRT 12 which displays the position of an automatically set indicating point together with the image of work lines and a key board 13 as a manual input means are provided in the captioned device, and a picture image from a sensor head SH is monitored through the CRT 12. And, a means of movingly correcting the indicating point to a desired position based on the input of the key board 13 which is given in accordance with the displayed contents of the CRT 12, is provided in a microcomputer 21 and an external computer 11, in a form of software. Thereby, the setting of the indicating point can be visually corrected while being automatically carried out on one hand, enabling a proper work line following operation without losing the efficiency of automatic following. |
