PURPOSE:To reduce the occupied area and the loss of microwaves, by forming a line group which has the coupling function and is bent at a right angle and arranging it along the corner of a dielectric substrate to make an input terminal and a high frequency terminal of the package close to each other. CONSTITUTION:An input terminal IN and the second output terminal OUT2 are arranged in a side 5a of a dielectric substrate 1 facing to a package terminal, and a dummy resistance terminal R and the first output terminal OUT1 are arranged in a side 5b. The input terminal IN and the output terminal OUT1 are connected by the first line A11 bent at a right angle, and the second and the third lines A12 and A13 are led out to the position of a diagonal line 7 and are connected to the middle point of the line A11 by a bridge wiring. The fourth line A14 is led out from the dummy resistance terminal R and reaches the part near the input terminal IN and is connected to the output terminal OUT2, and the fifth line A15 is led out from the output terminal OUT2 and is connected to the dummy resistance terminal R. |
