摘要 PURPOSE:To prepare a food of delicate flavor, by rolling the stem of a seasoned WAKAME seaweed in a packaged state in the fibrous direction. CONSTITUTION:The stem of a raw WAKAME seaweed is cut to a length of about 5cm and boiled in a seasoning solution in a pressure cooker and seasoned to semidried state. The cut fragments of the stem are then dropped one by one from a conveyor 1 onto a V-shaped packaging film 4, which is heat sealed by rollers (5a) and (5b), cut by a cutter 6 and dropped to a gap between rollers (8d) and (8b). The stem 2' of the WAKAME seaweed inserted between the packaging film 4 is rolled between the rollers (8d) and (8b).
