PURPOSE:To avoid the missing of the black or white information, by reproducing the black or white signal stored in a facsimile device into a pulse having a duration that has a certain relation with a sampling pulse which is read synchronously. CONSTITUTION:The black or white information of the demodulated picture signal supplied through an input terminal 2 is stored in a D flip-flop 3, read at the rise termial of the first sampling block and then extracted as a pulse which lasts up to the rise terminal of the next clock pulse. As a result, the black or white signal equivalent at least to a clock period of the sampling pulse is reproduced through a terminal 8 as long as even a slight amount of the black or white signal exists in the picture signal although the period of the sampling pulse is optional. |
