PURPOSE:To separate entangled parts and to facilitate leading of parts onto a truck by rotating a parts receiving board arranged in the central bottom section of a ball through torsional vibration of the ball when leading a part arranged thereon onto the central bottom section while carrying radially outward. CONSTITUTION:When AC power is fed to a coil 15, torsional vibration is caused in a ball 10, and when a resin ring part is thrown onto a part receiving board 22, the receiving board 22 rotates in same direction as the carrying direction A of part shown by an arrow R. Since the rotary speed is not high and the part receiving face 22b is flat, a part 5 is subjected to carrying force in the direction of an arrow (d), i.e. radially outward, produced through centrifugal force and torsional vibration. Entangled parts on the receiving board 22 are subjected to complex function of rotation and vibration and separated each other, then carried toward entire outer circumferential section of the receiving board 22 with uniform density. Parts are carried in separated condition on the outer circumferential section of central bottom section 21, then led smoothly one by one through a climbing port onto a trunk 20 and carried along the track.
