PURPOSE:To improve a space factor of the reactor core, and to decrease loss due to the core by a method wherein a semitorus shaped block is constituted by a sector- shaped block obtained by laminating a plrality of silicon steel plates with different width, and an intermediate block is formed to an opposite surface of a semicircle of the block. CONSTITUTION:The sector-shaped block 22 is formed by laminating a plurality of silicon steel plates 21 with different width, a plurality, of the blocks 22 are disposed radially, and the semitorus shaped block 32 is constituted. The two blocks 32 are oppositely arranged at an interval, and the central block 34 is disposed to the middle. The central block 34 is formed in a block manufactured by laminating silicon steel plates 33 with width corresponding to a diameter of the block 32, and fast stuck integrally to the blocks 32, and the oval block core 31 is obtained. The space factor of the reactor core is improved while the minimum width (thickness) of the steel plates 33 of the block 34 is directed in the fringing magnetic flux direction, and loss due to the magnetic flux is minimized. |
