PURPOSE:To eliminate the positioning of a substrate with an electrode in a photocell by forming the first mesh electrode and the second electrode shortcircuited with the first electrode for the electrodes of photoreceiving surface side. CONSTITUTION:The first electrode 6 of a pattern disposed in hexagonal shape in the highest density on the photoreceiving surface 11 of a solar battery base 1 of single crystal silicon having approx. 76mm. of diameter and 0.3-0.4mm. thick is formed and a lead 3 made of iron-nickel alloy functioning also as the second electrode is disposed to shortcircuit the mesh of the first electrode 6. |
