<p>Apparatus allowing a volume to vary rotatingly and at a constant speed and with a low eccentricity. It comprises a rotor (1) rotating inside a casing (3) about an axis (2) and leaving an annular space (4) closed only at one point of the casing. Two sliding vanes (5) describe the annular space and cause the volume to vary allowing the operation as a pump, motor or counter. </p> |
