PURPOSE:To pick up an analog signal of an arbitrary channel through A/D conversion, by selecting a desired channel according to the instruction of an instruction register. CONSTITUTION:An instruction is written in an instruction register 28 from a computer via a pin 31 through an I/O port 26. An instruction S2 is applied to a reference voltage switching circuit 24 from a register 28, the output of the circuit 24 is switched to E1 and applied to an A/D converter 28. When an instruction SI is applied to a channel selection circuit 22, the 1st channel of a multiplexer is selected, and the 1st analog signal is applied to an A/D converter 23. This converted digital signal is stored to a prescribed location of a conversion result register 25, and the end signal from the converter 23 is applied to the circuit 22 via a line 34, allowing to select the 2nd channel by the multiplexer 21. Hereinafter, similar operation is made. An arbitrary channel can be selected by the content of instruction. |
