PURPOSE:To lessen the inductance of a feeder cable which connects the processing device's body to a pulse generator and thereby enhanced the performance of processing, by employing three or more mutually insulated flat cables laminated one over another. CONSTITUTION:The feeder cable 1 is composed of many flat braids 4-8 piled up one over another, where rubber tubings 9, 10 enclosing the flat bradis 5, 7 insulate these braids from one another. These laminated five braids are covered by another rubber tubing 11 as a whole. Each of the braids 4-8 is divided into two pieces alternately and connected to the generator 2 or body 3 through terminals 12-15. The inductance decreases with the number of lamination. |
