<p>PURPOSE:To make continuous use possible by providing a mechanism that can store foreign matters in the lower part of a body, and eliminating the need for frequent withdrawal of the accumulated foreign matters to the outside. CONSTITUTION:When a center shaft 5 is rotated by operating a handle 2, a brush 7 rotates while removing the foreign matters stuck on a wire gauze 10, and at this time, the arms 6' mounted in the same direction as that of brush guides 6 near both ends of the shaft 5 are prevented from advancing by the stoppers 12 mounted to both ends on the inner side of the wire gauze 10. This gives the feel of their end point to the hand holding the handle 2 and if the operator further advances the rotation slightly by giving a bit more force to the handle against the stoppers 12 and springs 14, the arms 6' deflect to a restorable extent and the brush 7 pushes a partition plate 13, by which the foreign matters are discharged to the outer side through the hole in the lower part of a cylinder 10' of punched metal.
