PURPOSE:To give control to the travelling of an unmanned carrier car with a simple constitution, by providing an inductor by leaving a prescribed distance from the track to detect the distance to the track and then detecting a traveling shift of the carrier car by an increment or decrement of electric signals to perform an automatic steering. CONSTITUTION:The track detector 1 of an unmanned carrier car consists of the inductor S1, oscillator OSC1 and converter CV1 and used at a position where the track K is apart from the coil L1 at a prescribed distance and in the lateral direction. The detection current IS caused by the inductor S1 is proportional to a lateral shift and sent to the comparator D of controller 2 via the converter C1. The comparator D compares the output of the potentiometer POT which is driven by a steering driving motor and the output VCV of converter and then drives the motor M via the control circuit STG. Thus the traveling direction is controlled for an unmanned carrier car. |
