The present invention relates to a semiconductive composition and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a semiconductive composition which can form a semiconductive layer having excellent mechanical and electrical properties and having significantly excellent surface smoothness with respect to a power cable, and to a manufacturing method thereof. The semiconductive composition comprises a base resin and a carbon nanotube (CNT).
