PURPOSE:To ensure quick and repetitive reproduction for the desired information, by recording an intermittent tone at the boundary between the information recorded on a message recording tape and at the same time reproducting by remote control after detecting a remote control signal at the part where a signal is absent. CONSTITUTION:When the call signal cal is produced, a telephone circuit is formed to send an answer message mes to the calling subscriber from the answering tape 7. Then the message given from the calling subscriber is recorded on the message recording tape 12. For switching to the recording mode, the switch announcing signal of an voice frequency having a certain silent part is recorded on the tape for a prescribed time. The tape 12 thus recorded is reproduced and transferred by remote control since a specified remote control signal is fed into the telephone circuit. If the remote control signal is detected at the silent part of said switched announcing signal under the reproduction/transfer mode, the reproduction/transfer mode is switched to the rewinding mode. As a result, the desired area of the message is reproduced instantaneously and repetitively. |
