<p>The gymnastic frame is for compression exercises, being held either between the hands or the legs of the user. It has two tubes (1,2) encased one in the other, one of which (2) can slide in the other to compress a ring (3), made of rubber or another elastomer, threaded on it. Each tube has a larger plate (1b,2b), fixed to its extremity opposite to the open one, on which the user presses. These plates are covered by a layer of supply material (1c,2c). Each tube has a shoulder (1d,2d) between which the ring is compressed.</p> |
