COMPOSITIONS CONTAINING HYDROGENATED BLOCK COPOLYMERS AND ENGINEERING THERMOPLASTIC RESINS

A mixture containing synthetic resins and containing a partially hydrogenated block copolymer, where the latter contains at least two terminal blocks A of a monoalkenylarene homopolymer or copolymer having a number average molecular weight of from 5000 to 125000 and at least one intermediate block B of a homopolymer or copolymer of a conjugated diene having a number average molecular weight of from 10000 to 300000, and a synthetic thermoplastic engineering resin, with a weight ratio between the polyolefin and the synthetic thermoplastic engineering resin of at least 1:1, so that at least two of the polymers in the polymer mixture form with one another mutually engaging networks which are fully or partly continuous. These mixtures can be used as metal substitutes, for example in vehicle production.
