<p>There is a groove, with side mounting surfaces for the edges of an inverted rail with fixing elements passing through a bolt rod and engaging the wing profile. This is incorporated in fittings for a pref. plastics wing profile for a window or door. Each fixing element is a self-cutting clamp piece with an oval or elliptical base plate. This is narrower and longer than the width of the accommodating groove. The groove has a cutting lip protruding like a thread course, and a bolt connects it to a retaining plate mounted on the rail.</p> |
