PURPOSE:To form holes easily and accurately with a low cost equipment regardless of plate thickness by passing thin wires in a thermoshrinking tube and cutting a nozzle material obtained by pulling off the wires from the pipe after heated and shrunk into required thickness. CONSTITUTION:Thin wires 2 of glass, stainless steel, etc., are passed and strained in a tube 1 of thermoshrinking synthetic resin and the tube 1 is squeezed from its flanks towards the tin wires 2. Next, after heating and shrinking the tube until it becomes in close contact with the thin wires 2, the thin wires 2 are pulled out and a nozzle material 5 with holes 4 is obtained. By slicing the material into required thickness plates with a microtome, etc., a nozzle 6 is obtained. Jet holes 7 are formed accurately. |
