PURPOSE:To perform accurate setting with the resolution determined with the accuracy of adjusting circuit, by setting the start and stop points of the sweep voltage with digital quantity, in the sweep voltage generator starting the sweep from a prescribed voltage and stopping at a prescribed voltage. CONSTITUTION:A computer C always counts the output pulse of pulse generators PG1 and PG2 for a given time, the value is displayed and the signal is transmitted. The first and second adjusting circuits Da1, DA2 which digitally convert the gain, are provided, and a reference voltage is fed to the circuit DA1 and a reference sweep voltage is fed to the circuit DA2. This circuit DA1 is controlled with a digital quantity corresponding to the number of pulses in a given time and a DC voltage is fed, determined with the digital quantity, to an addition circuit M. Further, the circuit DA2 is controlled with the value of the difference calculated with the computer C, and the sweep voltage having the amplitude corresponding to this difference is delivered. |
