PURPOSE: To support a duct in a condition of preferable heat insulation by alternately disposing different kinds of heat insulating materials within a binary- divided metallic outer cylinder body to cover the duct in a roller supporting section of the duct. CONSTITUTION: A heat insulating cylinder 1 is attached to a duct 2 to be moveably supported to an axis direction by a roller 3. The heat insulating cylinder 1 is formed from a binary-divided metallic outer cylinder body 11 and two kinds of heat insulating materials 12, 13. The outer cylinder body 11 is divided into two to a longitudinal direction to be unitary connected by fixing means such as bolts and nuts. The two kinds of the heat insulating materials 12, 13 are alternately disposed inside of the outer cylinder body 11.
