Double skinned container - has integral moulded inside panels to divide container into compartments

The container consists of a box (1) with a corresponding lid (2). Each of the parts has a double skin and a plain top on the lid with integral sides and flanges. The outside and inside skin are parallel to each other. The inside panel may be ribbed where necessary. The base contains internal dividing walls (3) to provide pockets or internal trays (4). Additional stiffening ribs (8) may also be included. The inside panels extend up to the inside of the lid.
