<p>PURPOSE:To carry out the distance control by making the mechanical contact member unrequired in the control device, using a pulse of narrow pulse width and narrow orientation as a medium of the position determination control permitting the high accuracy distance determination in a small distance and converting it into a linear movement. CONSTITUTION:The ultrasonic wave of small pulse width and small orientation is emitted from the ultrasonic wave transmitting member SO of the ultrasonic wave pulse generating part I, received by the ultrasonic wave receiving member RO of the receiving pulse generating part II, the ultrasonic wave pulse is amplified, detected and waveform shaped and thereafter, added to the latch circuit 51 of the comparison circuit part V and the trigger pulse from the synchronizing trigger generating circuit 12 of the generating part I is also added to the circuit 51. The trigger pulse from the circuit 12 is added to the memory setting pulse generating part IV, the memory setting pulse of the time delay is generated from the generating part IV and added to the remote and near deciding circuit 53 of the comparison circuit part V and the coincident circuit 54. Then, until the receiving pulse coincides with the setting pulse, the setting pulse is changed, the distance between the wave transmitting member and the wave receiving member RO is determined and by the driving circuit part, the distance control between the wave transmitting member SO and the wave receiving member RO is carried out.</p> |
