<p>The hydraulic wheel consists of two flanges which contain the rectangular plates (3,4). The plates are wound helically around the central axis (5). Each of the plates has a circular hole coaxial with the axis (5). The plates are located by radial ribs (7). The ends of the spiral plates are located diametrically opposite for the balance of the rotor. The liquid passage at the hub of the wheel is axial, and radial at the outer edge.</p> |
