PURPOSE:To keep off various actuations of accelerating slip control at time of unnecessariness, by avoiding any utilization of a wheel revolving speed signal at an accelerating slip control circuit at a time when a transmission is in a state of at least neutral. CONSTITUTION:An antiskid hydraulic system is constituted of an oil pump 35 pumping oil out of a reservoir tank 34, an accumulator 36 storing oil temporarily, a two position valve 37 having both interconnecting and interrupting modes and controlling hydraulic pressure out of the accumulator likewise, and a slave cylinder 33. And, braking hydraulic pressure out of the accumulator 36 is transmitted to both wheel cylinders 30 and 31. In a processing flow of an electronic controller 42, a shift lever position of a transmission is detected by a step S1, and when this is judged to be at least neutral at a step S2, a revolving speed signal is made so as not to be utilized at a step S3.
