<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new manufacturing method capable of easily synthesizing a complex oxide which includes a lithium manganese based oxide that includes at least tetravalent manganese and whose crystal structure belongs to a layer shaped rock-salt structure. <P>SOLUTION: A desired complex oxide according to a synthesizing temperature is manufactured undergoing a raw material mixture preparation process of preparing a raw material mixture by mixing a metal compound raw material containing one or more of a metal compound selected from an oxide containing one or more of a metal element of which at least Mn is essential, a hydroxide, and a metal salt and a molten salt raw material containing a Li which contains only lithium nitrate and substantially does not contain other compounds and which exceeds the theoretical composition of a Li included in the complex oxide to be obtained; a fusion reaction process of fusing the raw material mixture and having it reacted at a fusion point of lithium nitrate or higher; and a recovery process of recovering after reaction the complex oxide generated from the raw material mixture. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
