PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce damage of a surface of a curved belt by providing a circular-arc shaped and endless-shaped curved belt for carrying an object to be carried from a carrier starting end side toward a carrier termination side and a going route side roller part and a returning route side roller part. SOLUTION: A going route side roller part 24 is rotatably disposed in a state that a going route surface 15 on a carrier termination side is held from the center of a traveling direction A of a curved belt 7, the curved belt 7 is traveled by rotation, and front surface and rear surface of the going route surface 15 of the curved belt 7 are pulled toward an outer peripheral surface of the curved belt 7. The going route side roller part 24 is provided with a pair of a going route side driving roller 31 and a going route side pinch roller 32 at a position in the vicinity of an outer peripheral edge of the curved belt 7. A returning route side roller part 25 is rotatably disposed in a state that a returning route surface on a carrier starting end side is held from the center of the traveling direction A of the curved belt 7. The curved belt 7 is traveled by rotation, and front surface and rear surface of the returning route surface are pulled toward the outer peripheral side of the curved belt 7. |
