PURPOSE:To enable a stabilized cladding by laser welding by making the beam passing through reflection mirror and condensing lens incident on the waveguide path in a rectangular sectional shape, incident on condensing lens group further and outgoing toward a work after its converging. CONSTITUTION:The beam passing through total reflection mirror 5, condensing mirror 13 is made incident on the waveguide path of rectangular sectional shape. This rectangular beam of an uniform energy distribution is made incident on condensing leans groups 6A, 6B and outgone toward a work after converging. In this case, the whole energy of the rectangular beam 12 connects focusing lines 9B, 9A, 9C by the semi-circular columnar lenses f, f', g', g of a lens 6A and those c, c', d', d, a, a', b, b' of a lens 6B. A stabilized cladding by laser welding can thus be executed. |
