The present invention relates to a plant cambium-specific promoter; a plant cambium-specific expression cassette of a target gene, wherein the plant cambium-specific expression cassette comprises the promoter and a target gene connected with the promoter to be operated; a recombinant expression vector including the plant cambium-specific expression cassette; a bacterium including the recombinant expression vector; and a plant transformed by the expression vector. Moreover, the present invention relates to a method for producing a transformed plant for expressing a target gene specifically to a cambium by using the recombinant expression vector, and to a method for producing a target protein by expressing a target gene in the transformed plant. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a target gene inducing cassette for producing a plant cambium-specific expression cassette of a target gene, wherein the target gene inducing cassette comprises the promoter and a gateway cassette; a target gene inducing vector including the target gene inducing cassette; and a method for producing a cambium-specific expression vector of a target gene by using the target gene inducing vector. The plant cambium-specific promoter according to the present invention is not affected by plant development stages and external and internal environmental stress, and can induce excellent cambium tissue-specificity and strong expression. |
