In a cylindrical housing (3) is provided a self-cleaning cartridge, with a counter pressure chamber (32), closed by an auxiliary valve actuatable from outside. It contains further a valve body, closing a housing discharge part, as well as flexible sealing cap (34) coupled on one side to the valve body, and on the other side to the counter pressure chamber. The sealing cap abuts a cylindrical outer wall (33) of the chamber. Two supply lines (15, 16) open into the housing at the level of the sealing cap positioned against the counter pressure chamber outer wall. In this section the latter has an eccentric shape, providing a sealing pressure for the cap against a peripheral section of the housing inner wall. In another section this inner wall has a larger spacing from the chamber outer wall than the cap thickness. The outer wall is rotatable about its long axis.
