PURPOSE:To provide vermicelli which can be stored under frozen state, and thawed without becoming pasty and sticky, by treating boiled vermicelli with an oil. CONSTITUTION:Vermicelli is boiled, drained, and dressed with salad oil, etc. to apply an oil layer 2 to the surface of the boiled vermicelli 1. The treated vermicelli can be stored under frozen state, and used by thawing a proper amount thereof. |
