PURPOSE:To improve the utilization of active material by making the anode agent smaller than inner diameter of cathode can then assembling it. CONSTITUTION:The diameter of tubular anode agent 12 mainly composed of silver oxide is smaller than that of cathode can 15 and mounted in anode can 11. Consequently the anode agent 12 is located only at the portion contacting with cathod agent 14 resulting in the improvement of the utilization of active material. When required it is filled to the side 24' of cathode agent 24 to widen the contacting area thus to improve the utilization of active material. |
