A cable clamp comprises a strap 1 which is solidly connected at one end to a lock member 2 arranged to accommodate and secure the other end of the strap, the latter being provided on one of its sides with teeth 4 which interact in the lock member 2 with corresponding teeth 10 on a wedge member 11 which is situated between a guide channel 13 provided for the strap 1 and an oblique surface 12 of the lock member, the wedge and the lock member being provided with interacting elastically flexible guides 21 and 15 respectively, which urge the wedge in its disengaged position away from the oblique surface of the lock member into the strap guide channel. As shown, the wedge member 11 is formed as a pair of components joined by a web 20 from which the guide 21 in the form of a pin, depends. The lock member 2 is formed as a component having a pair of oblique surfaces 12 between which a projection 14 projects into the strap guide channel 13 and includes the guide 15 in the form of a bore for the pin 21. The pin 21 forms a small angle to the plane of the strap, whereby in the assembled position of the parts, an enlarged end of the pin is located in a recess 15<SP>111</SP> and the lock member. |
