CONSTITUTION:An air pressure is fed from a port A formed in a cylinder cover 24, and a port B is opened into the outside air. At this time, oil supply is cut off, and a piston 2 and a piston rod 3 descend rapidly. Attending on the descent of an intermediate cylinder 7, a negative pressure develops in an intermediate hydraulic chamber 20, and the oil flows into the chamber 20. When a high-output ram 8 and the cylinder 7 having descended rapidly together with the piston rod 3 collide with a work, the oil 4 in a high-oil-pressure generation chamber 10 is pressurized by the cylinder rod 3, cuts off the back flow of the oil 19, locks the cylinder 7, and pushes down the ram 8 with a high output, so that the contact between air and oil is avoided.</p> |
