<p>AMPHOLYTIC, FLUORINE-CONTAINING ESTERS OF PHOSPHOROUS ACID AND PROCESS FOR THE MANUFACTURE THEREOF of the disclosure: Compounds of the formula H Rf - (CF=CH)m - (CH2)p - NR1R2 - Q - O - P - O O wherein Rf is a perfluoroalkyl group of 3 to 16 carbon atoms, R1 and R2 is hydrogen, lower alkyl of 1 to 4 carbon atoms, cyclohexyl, 2-hydroxyalkyl, or Rf-(CF=CH)m-(CH2)p-, Q is -(CH2)x-, -CH2CHR-, or -CH2-CRR'-CH2- (R is lower alkyl or phenyl, R' is lower alkyl, phenyl or hydrogen), x is an integer of 2 or 3, m is an integer of 0 or 1 and p is an integer of 1 to 4, are prepared by reacting florinated amines of the formula Rf - (CF=CH)m - (CH2)p NR1R2 with cyclic phosphites of the formula these compounds are useful for lowering the surface tension in aqueous solutions and as wetting agents in dry-cleaning processes fox textiles. 31</p> |
