A terminating device which can be mounted on the loading bridge of a dumper truck can be attached in place of a rear wall or side wall in order to permit the metered tipping off of loaded bulk material, for example in small amounts. For the purpose of mounting, lateral tensioning bars (1) with engagement hooks (2) and screw connections (3) are present. The regulation of the outlet opening is effected by means of a manually actuated rotary slide valve (4). During the metering, for example, of concrete, the wall surface can be vibrated by means of an electrically or pneumatically operated vibrator. <IMAGE>
