<p>Handles for supporting plastic boxes comprises a combination of a flexible tape handle with perforated ends and a moulded rigid or semi-rigid panel with studs to secure the edges of the handle. Simple in construction and assembly. Pref. the panel is moulded from polystyrene and the strap is made of woven polyester tape coated on both faces with PVC to allow the tape to be bonded to the panel by e.g. ultrasonic welding. System is simpler, more robust, damp- and corrosion-resistanct than use of e.g. cotton straps fixed to cardboard panels by ancillary clips or stapes.</p> |
