PURPOSE:To attain an unmanned shop and the cleanliness of the shop and to remove a feeling of irritation during the period of waiting by collectively and fully automatically executing a process from the order of a dish up to accurate calculation and the delivery of the dish and covering a part of a system excluding said process with a transparent panel material so as to visually observe the operating state. CONSTITUTION:When money is paid and a menu is selected by a menu ordering means 1, a receiving card is issued and a dish is sent from a dish sending means 4. The dish selectively sent from the means 4 is carried by a robot 6 and the dish whose cooking is unnecessary is sent to a dish delivering means 2 as it is and the completion of the dish is displayed. The dish whose cooking is necessary is carried to a cooking means 5 by the robot 6, and after cooking the dish, the cooked dish is sent to the means 2 and the completion of the dish is displayed. After inserting the receiving card given to the customer and collating the card with the ordered menu, the dish is delivered to the customer. Since a part of the device other than the menu ordering and dish delivering means is covered with a transparent panel so that the operating state can be observed from the outside, a feeling of cleanliness is applied to the customer and irritation in the waiting time can be removed. |
