Briquette press roller bearing thrust protector - has loose roller with flexible thrust bearing connected to hydraulic actuator

The briquette pressing roller plant has an overload protector for bearings, which prevents overloading of the bearings due to axial thrust forces. One of the bearing housings (6, 7) of the fixed and loose rollers (1, 2) is fitted in the machine frame (8) so that it is flexible axially. The loose roller (2) has an axially flexible bearing housing connected with the piston rod (9) of a single acting hydraulic actuator. Another set of bearing housings can slide in a bearing block axially. This bearing block of the loose roller is connected to a double acting actuator.
