The checker has a number of pin array having spaces the as the contact space of PLC to be tested and interlock switches to contact with the input contact of the PLC. The checker includes a pin array, a contact switch unit for matching the pin array with the pin array of the PLC to be tested, an input controller (6) for controlling the select switch unit (19), a FDN controller (A2) for controlling the standard/expanded selection AC/DC power, relays and triacs using chip diodes. The pins of the PLC are selected by supplying AC/DC power to the select switch unit and the output signal according to the contact operation of PLC are selected by transistors and triacs. The output signal drives a display comprising LEDs sequentially.
