PURPOSE:Title widely usable duster in which the dusting open is provided in the region where the motion loca of impurities to which the maximum force of inertia is applied are almost constant, thus removing impurities most effectively and also permitting the removal of fine dust. CONSTITUTION:On the way of the fibers from the holding part N to the opening zone A, the beginning edge of the opening 9 of duster is fitted on the casing position 5 whose distance from the holding part N is equal to the average fiber length L. The fibers held at the holding part N begin to undergo fiber opening action at position O and the impurities T and fine dusts attain the maximum in the tangential speed at point P and prompty separate from fibers F. Especially, as the motion laca of the impurities T are almost constant, they are excluded from a position almost constant in the opening 9. The fine dusts t also can be removed from the opening 9 with a certain width l in the region where the relative speed of opening roll 3 to the accompanied air stream is maximum. |
