A traction roller for repairing a pipeline is provided to prevent a body from hanging on a pipeline by arranging the moving direction of a pipeline using a guide device and to minimize friction between a pipeline and body using a guide wheel of a guide device. A traction roller(100) for repairing a pipeline is provided for moving a curved and bent pipeline as well as a straight pipeline easily and composed of a body, a tube fixing unit placed to the body to fix a tube(50), and a guide device(30) placed to the body to guide the moving direction of the body. The guide device guides the body to the center of a pipeline(90) not to be suspended on the pipeline when the body moves, and includes a guide plate(32) fixed to the side of the body and a guide wheel(34) placed to the side of the guide plate and located on the side of the body. The tube fixing unit includes a fix plate(22) placed to be rotated against the body, a bar(24) pressurizing the fix plate to the body when the body is coupled with the bar using fastening members, and fastening members fixing the bar and the body.
