PURPOSE:A blow molding device shich gives a bottle free of a parting line at the body part to be printed, comprising split molds secured to movable platens, and an integrated mold supported to the center of the platens and having nearly cylindrical inner face. CONSTITUTION:A bottomless parison 2 extruded through a die head 1 is inserted into an opened blow molding mold 3, and the mold is closed by movable platens. The split molds 31, 32 and the integral mold 33 are exactly coaxially closed by the aid of a rack and a pinion. The parison is cut off from the extruder between the die head 1 and the mold 3 by a prison cutter, and transferred to the blowing position. A blowing pin 9 is thrusted into the parison by a thrusting means 10, and the parison is expanded by air introduced through the pin 9. |
