Brush with hollow plastics back - has bristles fitted through holes and held by hooks in supporting membrane

The brush has a hollow plastics back in the form of a box. The tufts of bristles (6) are pushed through holes in the base (1) and fixed by hooks (7) held in place by one or more plastics membranes (3). The membrane is joined to the support between its base and top (2) in a position such that the bristles are held flexibly but firmly. The membrane can cover the whole area of the base so the bristles can be implanted at any place or cover only the places where the bristles are to be implanted i.e. only over the holes in the base.
