PURPOSE:In case the subscriber at the incoming side is stored in the exchange distant away from the mobile subsriber or from the original storage exchange due to the transfer service an other factors, the transfer destination information is memorized in the original storage exchange in advance and the charging is burdened to the subscriber at the incoming side. CONSTITUTION:Incoming-side subscriber 6 should be originally stored in exchange 4 but is stored in exchange 5 as a result of movement or by receiving the transfer service. Exchange 4 memorizes the current position of the transfer destination of subscriber 6. When originating-side subscriber 1 performs the operation to call subscriber 6, the connection is secured between subscriber 1 and 6 through the ordinaly way. In this case, the call frequency corresponding to section 7 up to exchange 4 to which subscriber 6 is originally to be stored is registered to call meter 10 of subscriber 1, and the call frequency corresponding to section 8 caused by transfer of subscriber 6 is registered to call meter 11 of subscriber 6 respectively. The charge to subscriber 6 can be set to the value obtained by subtracting the charge of section 7 from that of section 9. |
