<p>PURPOSE:To decrease a recessed part caused by a percussion at the time of a musical performance and to obtain a sound which abounds in a woody sense by forming many pieces of holes on a surface part of a wooden part and bringing them to pressure breakdown, and also, forming a paint film on the surface of the wooden part. CONSTITUTION:By forming many pieces of holes on a surface part of a wooden part 1, they are brought to pressure breakdown, and also, a paint film 2 is formed on the surface of the wooden part 1. In such a way, since the surface part of the wooden part 1 is brought to pressure breakdown in many parts, a peripheral wall part 4 of the part 3 which is brought to pressure breakdown is compressed and becomes high density, and becomes a state that the paint film 2 is supported thereon. Accordingly, a surface part of a sound board becomes a state of high hardness, and the resistance against a percussion is improved. In such a way, a recessed part caused by a percussion at the time of a musical performance can be decreased, and a sound which abounds in a woody sense is obtained.</p> |
