The circuit for executing initialization by transmitting the initial data recorded in mode registers when power is applied includes a counter (10) for outputting lower 2-bit of counted clock signal as a counting logic signal, upper 2-bit as a register selecting signal and upper bit of the register-selected signal as an address signal, a latch circuit (20) for outputting chip select signal to a LCDC (40) at starting time and cutting off the chip select signal when logic value of MSB is transited, and a write signal generating circuit (WRIC) for outputting the write control signal for certain period when the counting logic signal is transited and for cutting off the write control signal when the chip select signal is cut off.
