The tipping assembly consists of a back wall unit (1) with several cut-out portions (6-9) of various sizes and at various heights. Adjacent to the edges of the cut-out portions are fixing claws (10-17) which act as safety catches or bearing points for the containers to hold the rubbish containers. The claws are attached to the pivoted barrier door (4) at the back of the main container. To the base of the door (4) is attached a support plate (5) which extends from the door in a direction substantially at right angles from the rear door. This is used to carry the containers before and after emptying. The design of door and attachments is suitable for a mobile dust cart to accept rubbish from containers of various sizes and lifted to various heights depending on the conditions. Most prior art designs do not permit containers of different sizes and volumetric capacities to be fitted to the same door.
