PURPOSE:To make it possible to surely remove any slack in a rolled paper upon stopping of the supply of the rolled paper, by disposing a roll assembly independently and rotatably supported, between the rolled paper and the leading end part which is paid out from the rolled paper. CONSTITUTION:With the leading end part 1a paid out from the rolled paper 1 is held between a pair of rolls 8, 9, the paper is fed by rotating either one or both of rolls 8, 9 in such a condition that braking torque is exerted to the rolled paper 1 without being contacted to the surface of the rolled paper 1. In this rolled paper supply device, a plurality of rolls 10 are held in parallel with each other, and as well, a roll assembly 13 which is independently and rotatably supported, is disposed between the rolled paper 5 and the leading end part 1a paid out from the rolled paper 5. With this arrangement, any slack in the rolled paper is surely removed upon stopping of the supply of the rolled paper with no bad affection being effected to the rolled paper by a pair of rolls. |
