<p>The traction cable clamp is for a ski lift, or other cable runway, with support rollers, forming an inverted V, with paired top interfacing running bands forming half the running groove for cable support, and permitting passage of a flat clamp holder in the groove vertical symmetry surface. The vertical flat holder has its top part attached to an inconspicuous bulge between the cable strands. The bulge is gutter-shaped, so as to enclose the top gutter surface of the bottom part of the cable core. The channel is clamped in position between the cable core and cable strand. There can be a cut-in section through the bulge for passage of the strand below the core.</p> |
