Ashtray with detachable bag for hygienic emptying - has holding container with foil bag clamped by flange of upper part

The ashtray consists of a holding container of any shape e.g. with a polygonal or rectangular bottom. The upper part can be removed. The contents of the ashtray can be removed under hygienic conditions. Within the holding container (1) is arranged a replaceable bag (3) which matches the inner surface of the container. This bag is made of foldable incombustible material, e.g. aluminium foil or impregnated paper. The bag is clamped by a detachable upper part (2) with a flange whose dimensions correspond to the opening of the holding container.
